There being no objection, it was so ordered and the new title appears below: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15 Requesting the governor to proclaim March 2000 as Developmental Disability Awareness Month. The question being: "Shall HCR 15(title am) pass the House?"
